Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a results-driven Project Sales Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to own the Abu Dhabi market. This high‑impact role requires deep regional knowledge, a trusted network with developers, consultants and contractors, and the ability to present and defend technical project proposals for premium building materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of project sales experience in building materials (sanitaryware, lighting, or kitchen appliances).
• Mandatory Abu Dhabi project sales experience with a strong UAE contractor/developer network.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotations, and submittals with design and technical teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure specifications are met.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance for smooth execution and delivery.
• Maintain records of ongoing projects, leads, and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets defined by management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Participate in exhibitions, presentations, and client meetings to promote the portfolio.
