Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing teams, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in project management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively and independently.
Knowledge of project management processes and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Basecamp).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create detailed project plans that include timelines, budgets, scope, resources needed, etc.
Monitor progress against timeline/budget/scope throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Identify risks or potential issues early on and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor team members’ performance against expectations/agreements.
Track changes or new requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables to stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports on a regular basis and submit to senior leadership.
