Qualifications

Experience in sales or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/retail HNIs.
Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, credit policies, and risk practices.
Led a team of professionals with strong leadership abilities.
Strong presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise and support the VRM team within the assigned Cluster and manage workload distribution.
Review customer cases escalated by the team and ensure timely resolution with relevant departments.
Drive acquisition of Priority Banking customers and upgrade opportunities for Gold customers.
Ensure reports, summaries, and information are delivered on time to high-level management.
Liaise with other teams to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure compliance with policies.
