Job summary

Client of RecruitMe Plus is seeking a Growth Executive to develop the Abu Dhabi market. This role involves identifying new shipper accounts and building a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of experience in business development within the logistics or freight sectors and is skilled in prospecting and client negotiations.

You will work in a dynamic team and have the opportunity to impact significantly on business success. A valid UAE driving license and residence in Abu Dhabi are required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles in B2B freight or logistics.
• Strong ability to open and win new accounts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Abu Dhabi market by identifying and winning new accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities through various methods.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Convert freight relationships into active business.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and commercial proposals.
