Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least three years in farming, including one year in a supervisory role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work outdoors for long hours. Salary starts at 1300 USD per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years farming experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks; strong organizational skills.
• Physically fit for long outdoor hours; fluent in any language.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily farm activities according to seasonal schedules.
• Supervise a team of farm workers and assign tasks as needed.
• Ensure all crops are planted, watered, and harvested in a timely manner.
• Monitor crop health and implement measures to prevent pest infestations or disease outbreaks.
• Maintain farm equipment and schedule repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Keep accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other important data.
• Implement safety protocols for all workers on the farm.
