Job summary

Workato invites a dedicated Farm Supervisor to Abu Dhabi, UAE, to oversee daily farm operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring tasks meet quality standards and schedules are met.

You will monitor crops, advise on irrigation, fertilization and pest control, and maintain records of inventory, production, and equipment. We offer a full-time position with a salary of 1,200 USD per month, accommodation provided, and free visa sponsorship plus a flight ticket to Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Farm Supervisor or Farmer.
• Knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest control methods.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions.
