Farmer Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Farmer Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Farmer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring that crops are planted, maintained, and harvested efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing a team of farmers and providing guidance and training as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in farming, with knowledge of irrigation systems, pest control, and crop rotation techniques. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required. Salary is $1800 per month. Egyptian nationals are preferred for this role.
