Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of different farming techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Biometric passport preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working on farms in the UAE is preferred.
