Job summary

Sturdy Products, an established manufacturer of rotationally moulded plastic products with operations in the UAE, is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi to own the Abu Dhabi territory and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Develop new business, build relationships with contractors, consultants and end users, and work with senior management to shape market development across construction, infrastructure and related sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales / business development in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and established customer relationships.
• Experience in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, industrial or related sectors is preferred.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and independent approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the Abu Dhabi sales and business development strategy.
• Identifying new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Developing opportunities across construction, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture and other relevant sectors.
• Working with contractors, consultants, facility management companies, distributors and end users.
• Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification through to negotiation and order closure.
• Achieving agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Developing a strong and sustainable project pipeline.
• Conducting regular customer and project visits across Abu Dhabi.
• Working closely with management, technical and production teams to develop the right solutions for customers.
• Providing market feedback and identifying new product and business opportunities.
• This is a hands-on, field-based B2B sales role with significant responsibility for developing the territory.
