Air Arabia in the United Arab Emirates is seeking skilled A320 Type-rated pilots for a fixed-term 15-month contract. Training anticipated for about 3 months, followed by 12 months of flying duties across routes and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 700 hours flying, Airbus 320 preferred.
• Experience with low-cost airlines is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• Willing to take on safety/security duties as required by the airline and authorities.
• Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures related to Flight Operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring to support safe flight deck operations.
• Follow Airline Operations Manual and regulations; ensure safe, smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Captain and Dispatch for aircraft status, route, weather, fuel, and roles.
• Complete checks, logs, and documentation; verify data with Captain's signature.
• Record data using logbooks and CFP; verify fuel and data calculations.
• Supervise fueling and fuel distribution where qualified personnel are absent.
• Alert Captain to safety irregularities and support crew in responses.
• Perform ground tasks such as Safety Officer or Security Officer as directed.
