Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is seeking a Waiter/ess to join Cala Vista from October 2026 onwards. Deliver exceptional guest service, seat guests, present menu recommendations, accommodate dietary needs, and ensure high-quality service throughout dining.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, 1–2 years in 5-star hotel guest service, familiarity with MICROS POS and Opera systems, and ability to work in a multi-cultural team; UAE experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of guest service experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Experience with MICROS POS and Opera systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome, seat and assist guests with menu recommendations and dietary needs.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Process payments using MICROS POS and manage billing accurately.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and guest verification.
• Maintain sections and collaborate with FOH, bar and kitchen teams.
