Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a luxury property or branded restaurant.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Micros, Sevenrooms and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, and explain ingredients and allergies.
• Present specials, recommend items, and take accurate orders with special requests.
• Manage cashiering tasks using MICROS and generate guest bills.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to fulfil orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold service standards.
