Job summary
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai is seeking a Senior Waiter/ess to join our luxury dining team. You will warmly welcome guests, explain menus, take orders, and ensure premium service while complying with service standards.
The ideal candidate holds a Higher Secondary certificate with hygiene training, 2–3 years hospitality experience in a luxury hotel, and strong English communication; experience with MICROS is a plus. We offer a supportive, inclusive workplace and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary School Certificate with Basic Food & Hygiene Training.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel.
- Proficient in English with strong communication and guest service.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, escort to tables, and provide seating information.
- Explain menu items, specials, and promotions, addressing dietary inquiries.
- Take and communicate accurate orders; ensure compliance with alcohol service rules.
- Serve food and beverages, handle billing via MICROS, ensure smooth service.
- Gather feedback, resolve concerns, maintain guest satisfaction throughout dining.
