Job summary

Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor – 5 Gallon Water to lead and grow our 5 Gallon water business across Sharjah, Ajman and the Northern Emirates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in 5 Gallon Water / Bottled Water / FMCG route sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and other Northern Emirates.

• Lead and supervise the 5 Gallon Water sales and delivery team across assigned territories.

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Supervisor – 5 Gallon Water to manage and grow our 5 Gallon water business across Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in 5 Gallon water sales, route operations, customer acquisition, team supervision, and territory development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 5 Gallon Water sales and delivery team across assigned territories.
• Develop and expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new residential, commercial, corporate, office, retail, and institutional customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, volume, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Manage existing customers, maintain strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, service concerns, and payment-related matters professionally and promptly.
• Plan, create, restructure, and optimize sales and delivery routes to improve productivity, coverage, and operational efficiency.
• Identify potential new areas and develop new routes based on customer density, market demand, and business potential.
• Monitor daily route performance, customer visits, deliveries, missed customers, new customer additions, and route productivity.
• Manage and motivate Drivers, Salesmen, Helpers, and other route team members to achieve assigned targets.
• Allocate daily targets and ensure proper follow-up on individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular market visits and route inspections to monitor competitor activity, pricing, customer requirements, and potential business opportunities.
• Ensure proper distribution of bottles, dispensers, coupons, invoices, and other company assets.
• Monitor empty bottle collection, bottle accountability, shortages, damages, and customer deposits where applicable.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain proper customer credit control.
• Analyze sales performance by route, salesman, area, customer, and product and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Coordinate closely with Logistics, Distribution, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries and customer service.
• Train new sales and route employees on customer handling, selling techniques, route discipline, company procedures, and market development.
• Maintain strong market coverage and continuously identify opportunities for increasing sales volume and route profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in 5 Gallon Water / Bottled Water / FMCG route sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong existing market knowledge of Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and other Northern Emirates.
• Proven experience in 5 Gallon water customer acquisition and route development is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of route planning, route formation, territory mapping, and customer segmentation.
• Experience managing Drivers, Salesmen, Helpers, and field sales teams.
• Strong customer handling, negotiation, complaint resolution, and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to identify new business areas and independently develop profitable sales routes.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, customer retention, collections, and route profitability.
• Good communication, leadership, reporting, and team-management skills.
• Must be target‑oriented, commercially focused, and capable of working under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
