Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive marketing and communications experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Experience leading brand, marketing, communications, and corporate affairs functions.
• Experience within diversified groups, holding companies, conglomerates, multi-brand organizations, or large corporate environments.
• Strong digital marketing, corporate communications, and public relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-wide marketing and communications strategies.
• Lead brand positioning, brand architecture, and brand governance initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Manage multi-brand marketing initiatives across various business sectors.
• Develop and oversee corporate communications plans and activities.
• Lead executive communications and leadership messaging.
• Manage internal communications programs and employee engagement campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across all channels.
• Lead media relations and public relations activities.
• Manage relationships with media agencies, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop crisis communications and reputation management strategies.
• Protect and enhance corporate reputation and brand equity.
• Oversee digital marketing strategy, social media, website management, and content development.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Drive data-driven marketing initiatives and customer insights strategies.
• Ensure strong digital presence and brand consistency.
• Establish marketing KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
