Job summary

KBR, Inc. through the AFCAP V program seeks a Site Manager for Jordan SWA Transient Aircraft Services to oversee TAS operations at an assigned location in a high‑tempo, 24/7/365 environment.

You will ensure safe, compliant aircraft servicing and lead flight line personnel to sustain mission readiness. Coordinate with government stakeholders, manage staffing and resources, monitor performance against the PWS, and deliver accurate reports.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of managing multi-site or regional flight line operations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAS operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and PWS compliance.
• Lead and mentor flight line personnel to deliver safe, efficient ops.
• Coordinate 24/7/365 TAS service levels, including surge operations.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Engage with Government stakeholders and ensure coordination across partners.
• Plan tasking, assign work, monitor execution, and resolve operational challenges.
