Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Alternate Site Manager (ASM) to lead Transient Aircraft Services operations at an assigned installation in Southwest Asia.

You will supervise flight line activities, coordinate aircraft arrivals and departures, and ensure safety, compliance, and continuity of operations in a high-tempo environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, Transient Aircraft Services, or related fields.
• Experience supervising flight line operations and personnel.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality assurance, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAS operations to meet PWS performance objectives.
• Lead and mentor shift personnel for 24/7/365 operations.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and ensure compliance with directives.
• Maintain documentation, records, and staffing updates.
• Act as Site Manager in absence of the Site Manager.
