Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Site Manager for AFCAP V SWA Transient Aircraft Services in a 24/7 austere environment.

You will supervise TAS operations, marshal aircraft, service and turn-around activities, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with the PWS and airfield procedures. The role requires leadership across flight line operations, ensuring continuity across rotations, and delivering high-quality aircraft servicing in support of U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-site or regional flight line operations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD aviation operations.
• Proven leadership experience supervising teams in high-tempo environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards and FOD prevention.
• Provide daily oversight of TAS operations to meet PWS performance objectives.
• Lead and mentor flight line personnel to deliver safe, efficient aircraft servicing.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and manage staffing for 24/7/365 coverage.
• Inspect and audit work for compliance with Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
