Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Site Manager for AFCAP V TAS operations in the UAE, overseeing day-to-day aircraft services and coordination with government partners to ensure safety and compliance with the PWS.

You will lead flight line personnel, manage aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around, and departures in a high‑tempo, 24/7 setting, maintaining operational continuity across rotations.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.
• Minimum 10 years in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services.
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-site or regional flight line operations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD aviation operations.
• Proven leadership supervising teams in high-tempo environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards and FOD prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements and provide documentation.
• Oversee TAS operations to meet PWS performance objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor flight line personnel for safe, efficient servicing.
• Establish a culture of accountability, discipline, safety, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Coordinate daily tasking, priorities, and resolve operational challenges impacting aircraft flow.
• Schedule shifts to maintain 24/7/365 service levels, including surge operations.
• Inspect and audit work to verify compliance with PWS and airfield procedures; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and maintain records and performance metrics.
