Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Security Management or related field.
• Proven experience in security operations and supervising personnel.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, incident management and risk assessment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in large organizations or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• UAE security certifications or licensing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across assigned facilities and locations.
• Monitor security personnel, duty schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure the effective implementation of security policies, procedures, and access control measures.
• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, and appropriate corrective actions.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments and external security authorities when required.
• Maintain security records, operational reports, and incident documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness, incident response, and business continuity procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements and organizational standards.
