Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in risk applications and credit risk management to lead multi-team delivery.

You will manage scope, time and budget, engage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes across 3+ projects. Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills are essential, with hands-on use of MS Project and a banking domain focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Risk & Compliance projects within the banking sector.
• Experience managing multiple projects (3+) with strong scope, time and budget control.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Hybrid or Agile methodologies; PMI certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of projects and align IT, business operations and vendors.
• Manage project life cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control and Closure.
• Handle 3+ projects simultaneously and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and execute project work plans; monitor deliverables and milestones.
• Provide status reports and mitigation plans to senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Candidate who also have background on Risk applications like Credit Risk Management Standards data delivery for model implementation Model life cycle management will be preferred Project manager is responsible for successful delivery of projects and aligning various teams across IT business operations and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project with high quality Candidate should be Techno Functional and ability to engage with cross functional teams problem solving and good negotiation skillsMust have experience in Scope Time and Budget managementHands on experience as Project Manager - handling various phases of the project Initiation Planning Execution Monitoring Control and Closure Able to handle at least 3 projects at a time

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Significant experience in Risk & Compliance projects
• 10+ Years of overall IT experience with minimum of 5 years in Banking sector.
• Good understanding of internationally accepted Project Management Principles, Methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid or Agile) and Practices (PMI Certification or equivalent is an advantage).
• Candidate should be Techno Functional and ability to engage with cross functional teams, problem solving and good negotiation skills
• Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP knowledge is a must).
• Must have strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels (Including business heads, functional heads and other senior managers).
• Creates and executes project work plan along with the team and closely monitoring the deliverables.
• Manages day to day operation aspects of a project. Resolve any challenges of projects to enable the teams to deliver on time.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Ensures project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
• Ensure close monitoring of the project along with providing periodic updates to the Sr management
• Provides report on status of the project under execution, challenges, risk and mitigation plan.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget
• Familiarity with project performance monitoring principles and metrics.
• In depth knowledge of banking & technology is essential and experience of working with cross functional team
• Good stakeholder management capability and worked with senior management
• Experienced in managing the team size of more than 5-10 people
