Join our team at - The JOB Portal as a Microsoft Business Central Developer. This remote position is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a salary range of R60 – R80 CTC.

We are seeking a MICROSOFT BUSINESS CENTRAL DEVELOPER to join an established medium-sized company in the advertising industry, which utilizes enterprise management, media, accounting, and business intelligence applications.

The environment is open and encourages taking on challenges and leading projects.

1. Develop new features and extend existing functionality in Dynamics NAV.
2. Design, build, maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
3. Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions.
5. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
6. Consult with clients to gather and document requirements, and present delivered functionalities.
7. Participate in data migration activities.
8. Engage in software development, system design, configuration, and implementation.
9. Provide second-line support to the internal support team when needed.

Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1. 2 to 5 years of NAV / Business Central development experience.
2. Experience working in an agile development environment.
3. Financial background or experience working with financial systems.
4. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and training.
6. Team-oriented, willing to contribute in a remote setting.
7. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Knowledge of relevant software applications and customer service principles.
9. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
