- Deliver high-quality, engaging IT lessons to students in an online format.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that leverage technology to enhance learning.
- Create and manage online course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java or other relevant languages aligned to IEB requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support to ensure academic success.
- Facilitate interactive and collaborative learning experiences through virtual platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education and online teaching methodologies.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification and relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in IT, preferably with experience in an online education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning setting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
