A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – Operations. This crucial role involves aligning HR practices with business objectives, managing the full HR lifecycle, and overseeing payroll responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 5–7 years of HR experience, and a strong understanding of South African labor legislation. Qualifications

  • 5–7 years’ experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to operations and payroll.
  • In-depth knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, COIDA, SDA).
  • Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational units to align HR with strategic goals.
  • Manage full HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding.
  • Ensure HR compliance through documentation and reporting.
