Building Contracts Manager - Luxury Residential Homes (Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town)

Our client, a dynamic, medium-sized building contractor with a strong track record in bespoke luxury homes and commercial buildings, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects is essential.
• MS Projects are essential
• JBCC experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Full oversight of luxury residential projects, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, quality assurance, and profitability.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional teams.
• Managing and developing project staff, overseeing plant and material resources.
• Selecting, negotiating, and managing sub-contractors.
• Manage all
