We have 15 seats available for a career-boosting Learnership in Data Analytics — and we’re calling all to help share this opportunity with eligible youth in your communities, families, and networks.

About the Learnership

This is a skills development opportunity designed for unemployed youth who want to build real-world, in-demand digital and data skills — and launch a career in tech and analytics.

Who Should Apply?

Applicants must be:

• Unemployed
• 26 years old or younger
• NOT currently on a learnership/ NOT withdrawn from a learnership in the last 12 months
• Have some IT, Computer Science, or digital/data-related qualifications (short courses, diplomas or higher)

They’re likely to succeed if they have:

• Studied IT, Info Systems, Data Analytics or Computer Science
• Completed short courses in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.
• Experience in roles like IT intern, data capturer, admin assistant, helpdesk, or even self-taught digital projects

Advantageous Tools Experience:

• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• SQL or Python
• Power BI or Tableau
• Google Sheets
• CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
