Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Zoho Administrator to manage and optimize Zoho applications across the organization. You will configure workflows, dashboards, and reports, and develop custom solutions using Deluge scripting. You will also integrate Zoho with external systems and provide training and documentation to users.

The role focuses on ongoing process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring data integrity within the Zoho ecosystem. 3+ years of Zoho experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem.
• Deluge scripting, workflows, and integrations experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant IT, Systems, or Business qualification preferred.
