Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Youth Activities Assistant to support planning and running daily activities for children and teens aboard our cruise ship. You will engage young guests in a safe, friendly, and inclusive manner, helping create memorable experiences.

Work with the Youth Staff Team and other departments to ensure smooth operations of youth programs, maintain a tidy youth area, and assist with attendance, inventory, and training as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's participation in youth activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as attendance records and inventory management.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings as required by the company.
