Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for youth development programs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all youth programs with high quality and impact.
• Manage, mentor, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Develop and manage program budgets with financial accountability.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and evaluate impact of programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and government agencies.
• Identify funding opportunities and contribute to grant writing and fundraising.
• Ensure programs meet evolving needs of youth in the region.
• Represent the organization at community forums and public engagements.
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment for participants and staff.
