Placements24 is seeking an energetic Youth Mentor and Development Officer to lead mentorship and development programs for young people in Centurion. You will guide, support, and empower youth to reach their potential through structured activities and educational initiatives.

This role involves collaborating with schools and community partners, designing and facilitating workshops on life skills and career exploration, and tracking progress with regular reports.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in mentorship, counseling, or education roles.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and youth challenges.
• Excellent facilitation and group management skills.
• Passion for empowering young people and fostering change.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mentorship and youth development programs.
