Placements24 is seeking a proactive Case Manager to lead youth development efforts in Tembisa. You will guide young people through challenges, connect them with programs, and build trust to empower personal growth and positive trajectories.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or Psychology and at least 2 years of youth-focused experience. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Tembisa area are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
