Qualifications

Requirements

• A qualification in Youth Development, Social Work, Education, Community Development, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience working with young people in a facilitation, coaching, or mentoring capacity.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and dynamic approach to program design and delivery.
