Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic programs focused on youth development, leadership, and life skills.
• Facilitate workshops and activities that promote personal growth, teamwork, and confidence-building.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to young people, supporting their educational and career aspirations.
• Connect youth with opportunities for further education, training, and employment.
• Collaborate with schools, community centers, and other youth-serving organizations.
• Monitor participant progress and gather feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in education, social work, psychology, or youth development.
• Experience working with young people, preferably in a facilitation or mentorship role.
