Placements24 in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Youth Development Facilitator to empower young people through structured life‑skills programs, mentoring, and engaging workshops designed to build confidence, resilience, and positive social behavior.

You will design and deliver sessions, work with schools and community partners to recruit participants, track progress, and create a safe, inclusive environment that supports personal growth, leadership development, and future career

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in education, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in youth work, facilitation, or program delivery.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and group management skills.
• Passion for youth development and understanding of adolescent challenges.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• A clear criminal record and passion for community service in Richards Bay.
