Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in Social Work, Education, Community Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with youth in a program coordination or mentorship capacity.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and the challenges facing young people in Nelspruit .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate young people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with youth-focused initiatives.
