You will work with local youth organizations and schools to create safe, supportive environments, mentor adolescents, and empower the next generation in the Free State.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or related field is required.
• Proven experience working with adolescents or young adults in facilitation or mentoring.
• Strong understanding of youth development principles and challenges.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and group management skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative program content.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to youth empowerment.
