Job summary

Placements24 in Welkom is seeking an energetic Youth Support Coordinator to guide and mentor young people, helping them navigate education, employment, and personal development in the Free State.

You will design and deliver programs, provide one-on-one support, connect youth with resources, and monitor progress to report to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents or young adults in a support or mentorship capacity.
• Strong understanding of youth development principles and challenges.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and group work skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with young people from diverse backgrounds.
