Rosslyn Brewery is seeking a Yeast Specialist to manage yeast propagation and fermentation within the Cellars team, ensuring adherence to SAB Ltd and global brewing standards. You will coordinate yeast storage, handling and microbiology support across the brewing process.

The role requires a BSc or equivalent, SAB traineeship, and strong knowledge of SWP, VPO, QMS and NOSA standards, with an ability to lead technical projects in a fast-paced brewery.

Qualificações

• SAB Ltd Brewing traineeship completed.
