A leading customer service provider in Cape Town is looking for an inbound customer service agent. This role involves answering calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidates must be bilingual with a minimum of 6 months experience in customer service. This is a project-based fixed-term contract with a distinct working schedule and a monthly salary of R9500.
The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering a first-class customer service to increase the profitability of the business while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. The role involves speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and providing responses to general contract & transactional inquiries.
