Responsibilities

• Process, reconcile and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Submit VAT returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Support budgeting, costing models, and variance analysis.
• Track daily cash flow and forecast liquidity.
• Participate in stock takes and maintain stock records.
• Assist in payroll processing and payee records.
• Utilize Xero for transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
