Job summary

Concor Construction (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Workshop Material Controller at the Msikaba Bridge Manufacturing – Highveld Workshop in Emalahleni. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling the receipt, verification, storage, issuing, and traceability of materials throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Materials Management, Engineering or related field is highly advantageous.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, identify, store, preserve, and issue materials per project procedures and specifications.
• Maintain accurate material registers, issue records, stock balances and traceability.
• Coordinate safe material handling and movement within the workshop to prevent damage or loss.
• Verify materials issued for fabrication against drawings and client requirements.
• Support QA/QC during inspections and handover documentation, and promote HSE compliance.
