Overview

We are looking for a Workshop Manager with experience in CNC Milling, Turning & Multi-Axis machines to join our team. As a Workshop Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in overseeing the design and engineering processes, machine operations, team leadership, quality control, cost management, and safety compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering
• Develop & optimize fixturing, production ready programs using Autodesk Fusion
• Create 3D models, CAM toolpaths, and export machine-ready code
• Machine Operation & Production
• Set up, calibrate and operate CNC milling & turning machines
