Qualifications

• Diplomas or technical qualification in BTech-Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a CNC workshop including milling, turning and multi-axis operations.
• Lead/supervisory experience in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNC workshop operations and production planning.
• Develop and optimize fixturing and production-ready programs using Autodesk Fusion.
• Lead the team, ensure quality, safety and cost control.
