Qualifications

• Minimum of four years supervisory/middle management experience.
• Sound financial management skills.
• Fully computer literate.
• In-depth understanding of the background setup of the Freeway System.
• Very good report writing skills.
• Proficient in Pastel and Crystal Reports.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in using the Wearcheck and Profleet online software.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Medically fit
• Own transport

Responsibilities

• System administration for Freeway.
• Store stock level management and reconciliation of stock accounts.
• Co-ordination of monthly stock takes at all stores.
• Assisting finance with any queries or discrepancies found on Creditors and GL recons.
• Supervision of Stores and Technical admin staff.
• Monitoring of part prices and negotiation of better prices with suppliers.
• Compilation, adaptation and enforcement of Technical Admin policies and procedures.
• Management of part claims.
