Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital Pty (Ltd) seeks a Working Foreman for our Roodepoort client. The role requires a qualified technician with red seal and Code 14(EC) with PDP. Responsibilities include coordinating fleet maintenance, supervising technicians, and ensuring roadworthiness and budget adherence.

Experience with FAW, Hino, Scania or UD is advantageous; strong report writing and liaison with service advisors are essential. Willingness to work after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified technician with red seal.
• Code 14(EC) with PDP is required.
• Experience/diagnostic skills on FAW, Hino, Scania and UD is advantageous.
• Able to supervise technicians and coordinate the workshop.
• Excellent communication with service advisors; ability to write technical failure reports.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic capabilities.

Job description

Our commercial dealer client based in Roodepoort is looking to employ an experienced Working Foreman, reporting to the workshop manager. Must have minimum 3 years' experience at dealership level.

Job Requirements

• Qualified technician with red seal.
• Code 14(EC) with PDP.
• Diagnostic and experience on FAW, Hino, Scania and UD will be advantage.
• Able to work with and manage technician.
• Strong communication link between the technician and service advisor.
• Able to compile technical failure report.
• Must be able to diagnose and carry out fault findings.
