Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior WordPress Tech Lead to drive end-to-end custom WordPress builds for clients across the US. You will scope projects, lead themes, templates, plugins and blocks, and ensure high-quality code while leveraging AI to streamline development.

This is a senior, client-facing role with excellent English required. As the face of development for clients, you will understand business objectives, communicate effectively, and maintain healthy, fast WordPress sites.

Qualifications

• Strong custom WordPress and PHP with modern front-end tech (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Ability to scope work and align with client's business goals.
• Fluency in English and client-facing communication.
• Experience leading or owning builds, not just ticket closing.
