Job summary

Hollywoodbets in Umhlanga, Durban, is seeking a Withdrawals Administrator to join the Purple Team. You will handle customer withdrawal queries with accuracy, assist with account-related issues, and work with internal teams to ensure timely transactions.

The role requires at least six months in call centre and customer care, plus a relevant qualification. You will monitor activity, prepare payments for Treasury, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.

• Answer and resolve customer queries across platforms.

• Monitor unusual transactional activity and escalate to management.
• Prepare manual payments for Treasury.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and timely responses.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to all customer queries in relation to withdrawals, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Effective resolution of customer queries across various platforms.
• Investigate and resolve account related issues or discrepancies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders until completion.
• Monitor suspicious or unusual transactional activity on customer accounts and escape to the management team.
• Preparation of manual payments required to be submitted to the Treasury team.
• Displays good customer service principles in their dealings with customers and other internal team members/ departments/ branches as well as ensuring that the optimal turnaround time for account queries is maintained.
• Attend to ad-hoc functions as required due to operational requirements.
