Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Withdrawals Administrator based in Umhlanga. The role focuses on attending to customer withdrawals queries with high accuracy and efficiency, while supporting a vibrant, fast-paced team.

You will resolve account issues, monitor transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely payments and service excellence. Ideal candidates will have 6 months call centre and 6 months customer care experience, plus a relevant tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Effective resolution of customer queries across platforms.
• Investigate and resolve account related issues or discrepancies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor suspicious or unusual transactional activity and escalate to management.
• Prepare manual payments to Treasury team.
• Maintain optimal turnaround time for account queries and uphold customer service standards.
• Attend to ad-hoc functions as required.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Effective resolution of customer queries across various platforms.
• Investigate and resolve account related issues or discrepancies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders until completion.
• Monitor suspicious or unusual transactional activity on customer accounts and escalated to the management team.
• Preparation of manual payments required to be submitted to the Treasury team.
• Displays good customer service principles in their dealings with customers and other internal team members/ departments/ branches as well as ensuring that the optimal turnaround time for account queries is maintained.
• Attend to ad-hoc functions as required due to operational requirements.
