Job summary

Windmeul Cellar in Paarl seeks a professional Winemaker to lead production and ensure quality—overseeing wine production, stock control, and health & safety. Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma in Viticulture and Oenology or similar qualification).
• 2–5 years’ proven experience in the wine industry.
• Mechanical and technical knowledge of winemaking machinery and equipment.
• Well-developed wine tasting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
• Detail oriented and able to work in team or alone.
• Valid driver’s licence.
