The role blends creativity with business sense, requiring storytelling, guest service excellence, and collaboration with winemaking, marketing, and hospitality teams. On-site presence in Paarl is required for key duties, with hybrid planning tasks possible remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wine tourism, hospitality management, or event curation.
• In-depth knowledge of wine, winemaking, varietals, and tasting techniques.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wine tasting experiences, vineyard tours, and cellar tours.
• Develop and curate exclusive events such as harvest celebrations, culinary pairings, and educational workshops.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote wine tourism offerings and packages.
• Ensure guest experiences reflect the estate's brand and quality.
• Train hospitality and tasting room staff on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage booking processes and logistics for all wine tourism activities.
